Pick a time
Choose a package and a start time on the booking page, as soon as 2 hours from now. Add your CPU and graphics card while you're there, and pay by card.

Your ticket opens in Discord
Once the payment goes through, your ticket opens in the PLAS Discord. I confirm the package in the ticket.

We connect on AnyDesk
You stay at the machine and watch the whole session live. Every change is made in front of you, and you can ask what any of it does while I'm in there.
- 04
Two weeks of cover
If anything comes back unstable in the fortnight after and nothing was changed since, I fix it free. That is what the stability testing at the end of the session is for.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to be there?
- Yes. We connect over AnyDesk and you watch the session live from start to finish. Nothing happens to your PC out of your sight, and you can stop me at any point to ask what something does.
- How long does it take?
- On the call, 30 to 60 minutes for PLAS Windows & Internet, 60 to 90 minutes for PLAS Performance, 90 to 160 minutes for PLAS Performance + RAM, and 90 to 180 minutes for PLAS XOC, where the RAM overclock has to be stability tested before I hand it back. You pick the start time yourself when you book, from 2 hours out to 14 days ahead.
- What do you need from me first?
- Your CPU, GPU, RAM and motherboard. Those four tell me which BIOS I'm working in and what your memory is capable of, which is most of what decides the right package.
- Which package do I need?
- Pick your best guess when you book. I confirm it in your ticket before we start, and if your hardware suits a different package you move up or down and pay or get back the difference. Buying the biggest one is the wrong move if your board can't use half of it, and I'll tell you if so.
- How do I pay?
- By card when you book, in AUD or USD, handled by Stripe. It is a one-off payment per session, with no subscription and nothing that renews. XOC Lifetime members get 10% off, on top of any sale price: book signed in with the Discord account that owns Lifetime and it comes off at checkout.
- What if it's unstable afterwards?
- Every package carries a two-week stability guarantee: anything unstable in that window, I fix it free, as long as nothing was changed after the session. After two weeks of stable running, further issues sit outside the guarantee.
- Can I cancel or move my session?
- Yes. Message me in your ticket and we will find a new time, with no fixed cutoff. If you would rather cancel, you get a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as the session has not happened yet. Cancel more than 7 days after paying and there is no refund, so move it instead.
- Can the BIOS changes be put back?
- Yes. Any BIOS can go back to stock with Load Optimized Defaults, and I will walk you through it if you ever want to.
